Sanitary Pad Making Training

Emerging Voice Foundation recently conducted a Sanitary Pad Making Training Program as part of our ongoing mission to empower women and promote menstrual hygiene awareness. This initiative was specially designed to support economically weaker women and young girls, providing them with both knowledge and skills related to menstrual health and low-cost sanitary pad production.

During the training, participants were educated on:

• The importance of menstrual hygiene

• Safe and eco-friendly sanitary pad-making techniques

• Basic entrepreneurship skills to help them start small-scale businesses

By equipping women with this essential knowledge and practical skill set, we aim to not only improve health and hygiene standards in rural and urban communities but also create income-generating opportunities for self-reliance.
